Ordering custom can be a daunting task but we are here to help! All items that are "Custom" tab will take 2-3 weeks to make. Please make note that if you need an item rushed, accommodations can be made for an extra fee, send an email to info@IMAEdesigns.com before ordering online.
Custom headbands or clips are not available. A custom headband or clip can only be ordered with a custom IMAE Designs shirt or outfit.

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided during check out. All items are shipped via USPS priority mail.
Items that are custom are inspected before leaving. There are no returns or exchanges made on custom pieces.
Accessories, Intimates, Swim Wear and Final Sale Items cannot be Exchanged.
Items that were not worn, have tags, make up/stain free and in their original condition may be exchanged within 14 days of being delivered for store credit or size change.
Exchange information is located in your package. Please fill out form in its entirety, without doing so can delay your return.
You must pay for any return shipping cost. Track your return package to ensure that your package has been delivered, we are not liable for return packages that are lost. Please allow 3-5 business days for an exchange credit.*
*We have the right to deny returns that does not meet the return policy. We will return the item back to you if it does not meet requirements.
